Miracle says it duplicates any spell of 7th level or lower. If the spell you're duplicating is on two class lists at different levels, which spell level do you count it as?
For example, can Miracle duplicate Overwhelming Presence because it's a 6th level bard spell, even though it's a 9th level cleric spell?
RAW, that's how it would work.
