Pathfinder second edition monster creation

I'm trying to build for this weekend a skeleton owlbear does anybody has the stats or how do I make that show me the way Yoda. LOL

Just taking the skeletal giant and giving it all the owlbear's screech and talon abilities and maybe a little more HP should be good enough. Would be a level 4 creature.
