A Greyhawk Orc Campaign?

Recruitment

Just wondering if anyone is interested in an all orc campaign. Based in Greyhawk and starting at the Pomarj. The idea is that the orc heroes leave the Pomarj on ships and travel to one of the Continents across the sea to found a new orc nation.

The new land is a promised land and will be based off of Mexico and Africa. Kind of like how the Barrens in WoW is based. What do you think?

Ooo Orc, like full blooded. Seems interesting

Yep, a full blooded orc.

Cool

WAGHHHHHHH!

I like the concept. I've been thinking about playing a PBP game since I can't devote a dedicated weekly time block to a game. I love politicky kingdom building games, and I'm with Phillip Gastone about always liking a good WAGHHH! So this checks a lot of boxes.

If you're serious enough to lay out some details and expectations, I'd be first in line for a spot.

Orc colonizers? Well just call me Hernán Orctés

Excellent premise. All sorts of adventure...can an orc bring his slaves?

Yes, I'm serious about this. I'm still trying to decide which system to use, though.

Possibly, yeah. As long as he doesn't mistreat them.

Also, Conquista-Orcs

So, no beating a rebellious imaginary slave into submission. Huh... ok

Im looking at a possible Scarred Witch or an Orc Arcanist with the Orc Blooded Sorceror type. If you do Pathfinder.

NGL is best to avoid such things…

I'm hoping for PF2, I've been running for awhile, and it's kindled a wish to play with some of the toys the players have :)

And as important as the system, given that the question of 'how badly can we abuse our slaves' has already come up, you should probably determined how much grimdark edgelord you want in this.

So sad, so very very sad. Such a stranglehold on fascinating prose. *Sad Face*

Do you happen to have any familiarity Burning Wheel?

I usually call it a fiery sphincter, but please go on.

I know for me anything other than DnD or Pathfinder 1e I'll be out

Where is your sense of adventure?

No, I don't. Sorry.

That sounds cool. A valid case to play a shaman finally!

I recently ordered a print copy of the Orcs of Thar. I may be able to salvage some things from that D&D Gazetteer.
