Ive emailed customer support, and posted to another paizo board trying to get my question answered. Its been several days with no response. How can I get some help?

Customer service only works through the email and the customer service portal. If they haven't responded yet, have patience they will. This week had a holiday and is the week of books starting to ship for the month, so there may be a backlog.
