I'm running Fall of Plaguestone as a lead in to a larger campaign, and I'm planning on using full minis, but I'm having problems with one encounter

Thanks, I poked around but couldn't find anything on there. It's all good though, I'm home sick from work, so I'll spend some sick time kitbashing :)
