I've looked at the Mech weapons listed on Archives of Nethys and can't find anything that resembles a sniper rifle. Is there anything in Mechageddon that fits? Especially something that fits a lighter mech (2 upper limb spots, 1 chest slot).
The closest mech weapon equivalent to a "sniper" (long distance attack) would probably be a rocket launcher in siege mode.
