I have tries reaching out to customer support via e-mail several times to resolve an issue with some missing digital content.
I have reached out on:
March, 6th
March, 26th (response to previous e-mail)
May, 6th (New email)
This is the 4th issue where I have had to get customer service involved in the past 15 months. It has been very difficult to get anyone to respond to my inquiries.
Can someone please help me get this resolved?

This isn't going to be a great answer, but it's the best one I have.
I've found that it's usually most efficient to go to the Support Portal and open a ticket than it is sending an email.
I've gotten a quicker response using that in the past.
