Cannot access the FAQs on PC with Edge browser

I don't know when it started but I used to be able to access the game FAQs on my PC using the Edge browser. Now when I select OK on the bottom cookie notification dialogue nothing happens and I can't click on any of the links to reveal the FAQs. I am able to access the FAQs on my iPad using Safari but would rather be able to see it using my PC. I tried clearing cookies and cache. Anyone else have this problem on Edge?

This has been an issue for a while now and is why I republish FaQs on on my own more accessible site
