Book 2 Lyuba Sutaki NPC statblocks

I'm hoping I haven't missed this being mentioned elsewhere but I've searched for a bit and found nothing.

Are there any resources or references to what statblocks should be used for the Sutaki NPCs? The PDF mentions things like Healer 3 or Herder 4 but they're not a thing.

Are they just never meant to appear in combat? If they happened to be involved, and it makes sense narratively, do I just act like they have 1 HP and effectively die immediately?

If they don't have a statblock, I don't think they are supposed to show up in combat, however if needed, I would assignable. Statblock that makes sense for thier level. Probably something from the gmg.
