So it looks like HBO is bringing a GRR Martin series to the screen, starring Ser Duncan and Egg.

I'm cautiously optimistic. I think it'll depend largely on the showrunners. If they get the same guys who are doing House of Dragons, it could be cool.

I loved the comics. Let's see how the TV series goes.

Yuck, another prequel. I'm hoping Snow gets greenlit, or if there HAS to be a prequel it's super far back, but pretty sure that one in development was killed before it got very far.

This prequel has been out for over a decade. It makes sense it would get a show.
