Issues purchasing VTT modules

I recently bought Foundry VTT and want to also get VTT versions of Pathfinder 2e beginner box and abomination vaults. These supposedly should include the PDFs as well for free. When I put those items in my cart it shows a discount and free PDFs. However, when I log in to my account to purchase, the discount for AV disappears and the beginner box PDF is full price. I emailed Paizo customer support a couple days ago but based on forum posts here they are very slow to respond if at all (weeks or months without answer). Just want to see if others have had issues and how they may have been resolved.

When you add the Beginners box foundry to your cart. (without adding the pdf) Click your cart, does the cart screen say, your order qualifies you for this product? ( shows the pdf?)

I guess the website is glitchy and even if it teases you with deceptive discount pricing you actually have to pay full price. I still couldn't get the beginner box pdf for free with my purchase initially. I had to go back afterwards and "purchase" it separately for $0. Abomination Vaults pdf had no such issue.

Really terrible cart/checkout system. It's like a throwback to the 90's/early 00's. Not a good look for people new to Pathfinder looking to buy digital content.
