Remove gift options

I tried to purchase a PDF and it is set as a gift now. I never changed this setting, and when I click the link it just goes to the main page. Is there another way to change this setting? This is so frustrating.

You should be able to change it on steps 1 or 2 of the “place order” process.
Is that the link you’re struggling with?

(You can get to a link via “view cart” which is sometimes glitchy. You can get to the same link via “checkout” which I’ve found to be more reliable).

Double check it is not already in your digital content? I have had it automatically set to gift if I already own something I am trying to buy.

Oh yeah, good call.

If you try to buy a pdf you already own the system tries to stop you.
(You have to be really crafty these days to buy multiple copies of a pdf!)

It was in my digital content. Now that I think about it the bundle I recently purchased included it. Thank you for your help!
