It launched on Kickstarter earlier this week. Published by Free League and using a modified version of the Year Zero Engine, it should be out by the end of the year. I am backing this, as I have had great fun playing Free League's Alien RPG and like what I have seen of The One Ring so far (I own the book and starter set but have yet to play). Anyone else going to get in on this RPG?

I would have gone for the Off-World tier as well if the book only had the kanji on the cover, in a similar way to the Alien RPG book only having the facehugger. As it is I kicked in at the Rep-Detect tier instead. I am loving all of the things that are going to be included in the starter set, especially the handouts for the players. I feel these really help with immersion, and Blade Runner is the perfect setting for lots of them to be handed out as the PCs uncover clues for their cases.

I hear ya, I got sucked into the collectors book because I'm certain it will just sit ont he shelf. I tend to use a lappy when GMing even if F2F. I do like the standard rulebook cover better.
The handouts really are intriguing. I hope they sell future kits for adventure modules and keep the handout game going!
I just bought the dead tree in a box version from my FLGS. Need to read it. Any helpful hints?
