1. Why is it that when I post a reply to a thread, most of the time it doesn't show up?
2. If Paizo is shipping stuff via USPS why do they keep giving me tracking links to UPS-MI which never have any tracking information?

Order shipped for me, but I didn't get my preorder PDF for the Monster Vaults book.
Neither did I. Sent an email to CS, and they hooked me up.

1. Boiling water situation. Completely random, or in the case of boiling water scientific, but in reality the Matrix is screwing with us.
2. Been this way for me since the beginning of time. UPS-MI has never once updated with a delivery schedule for me. and oddly this time I don't see a USPS shipment in my account either so I have no clue when it is coming. Just that they say it has shipped.

Think USPS just notified me that they are about to receive the package.... UPS-MI does nothing so far as I can tell. Only way to know when a package is coming is to have signed up for notifications from USPS or UPS for me.

Hey peeps,
Subscription newbie here so sorry if this is all common knowledge.
I've just started a bunch of subscriptions (5th of May was the date I activated them) and added a few other items to an order and it put a lot of it into the sidecart.
The majority of the items are shown as "available now", but is it correct that these wont be sent out until next cycle? At one point it last week looked like a bunch of items were about to be sent in the "next X number of days" but now it has all reverted to "Originally expected to ship in an unknown time frame.".
I know Paizo are working hard for Paizocon, but I'm a tad confused about how the sidecart will now be turned into an order to be sent out. I'm in Australia so already have to wait an eon before even getting books to my LGS (and even then PF2e stuff is hard to come by) so thought going the subscription route would be a more consistant method of getting my fix.
I've generated a support ticket [156564] a few days ago but have yet to hear anything back.
Any words of wisdom from those in the know?

Hi Simon,
When you purchase items separate from your subscriptions, you have the ability to choose your shipping. The default may have been set to ship with your next subscription fulfilment but you can always choose to ship immediately instead.Being in Australia, unless you really want something soonest, you are probably better off shipping with your subscriptions to minimize shipping costs (though it doesn't always work, it mostly does). I agree, the wait is hard, I usually have the next subscription on the way before I receive the previous one.
There may be a delay in response to support tickets at the moment due to having lost some of their staff plus preparing for PaizoCon this weekend. Each of those would add to the workload of the current team, both must be really challenging.

Patience is a virtue. I do my best to hit that 100$ mark to get the 10$ shipping discount most months where my subs come in under 100$. I order things, set them to side cart and do my best to forget I ordered them until they arrive.
But yeah, if you side cart an item any of them that are available or release the same time your subscriptions release will be shipped with that months subscription order. If your next sub is a month away, that is when they will ship.
Like GM Numbat said though, if you want something shipped immediately you can select that when you place the order too. Typically mine tend to be set to ship immediately and I have to verify that they are set to side cart before hitting submit.

Whoever from CS went to work on Paizocon stuff was undoubtedly told "don't worry about your normal workload, we'll take care of it while you're gone." Then, when Paizocon is over they will return to find a small mountain of stuff to go through because their colleagues "didn't get a chance, sorry" to actually do any of that work. At least, that's the way it always worked for me in similar situations.
