I need help choosing what items my level 11 Arcanist would have
I'll have wealth as a level 11 character
I'm basically using my spells for Utility and exploits like ice missle for offense
I never really played a pure caster so idk what they need 9r what items or out there for me
I guess Stat Boosting Item
Like a +4 Head band of INT / Cha could be nice (40k)
Maybe a back up Magic missle Wand
Any other items?

Don't know that I'd bother with the magic missile. If you want to do damage, load the spells yourself.
A handy haversack loaded with scrolls will cover a lot of utilities. This is especially good for spells you need infrequently so you don't want to use the daily slot.
Look at metamagic rods, and at items that provide additional spells and/or spells known.
Grab some Dweomer's Essence for +5 to beat spell resistance. Expensive at 500gp, but it can make the difference between being useless and winning the encounter.

If you want a backup weapon buy a
Cheap and always good to have.
Apart from that get some pearls of power. 3 level 1, 2 level 2, 1 level 3 are always good to have.
When I play casters mixing utility with combat spells works out great and those pearls let you get spells back that you want to use again that day.
The Guide to the class guides has itemization guides, too. You should have a look. For example Improving your class with items.
Edit: Arcanist isn't covered in the improving your class with items guide, but looking at wizard items might be useful.

Pearls of Power only work for expended prepared spells: An Arcanist presumably needs to use the more flexible but expensive Runestones of Power (their casting rules are kinda weird: Technically, they 'prepare' spells but 'her spells are not expended when they’re cast' and overall they are basically sorcerers that can change their 'spells known' from day to day)...

don't use a haversack for scrolls. use a spring loaded scroll case. swift action to pull and each scroll can have as many spells scribed as you like.
also nothing prevent you from carrying and using more then one scroll case.if the scroll-use was the haversack's only reason this saves a lot as each scroll case cost only 5 gp. a fraction of the sack's price.
