They've closed that forum.

You have to send an email to customer.service@paizo.com

UPDATE: And 10 minutes later, it's resolved. Awesome!


I resolved an issue with CS a few days ago via email and it went fine. Now I sent another, let's see how long it will take :D

I sent another query, for a problem that is still months out from being critical. This one took 48 hours to be taken care of.
