They've closed that forum.

You have to send an email to customer.service@paizo.com

Like Dancing Wind said, all tickets are done through the email address now. If you are looking for the monthly subscription status thread they are found in the Announcements forum.

sent an email yesterday and got an answer within an hour.

UPDATE: And 10 minutes later, it's resolved. Awesome!

I resolved an issue with CS a few days ago via email and it went fine. Now I sent another, let's see how long it will take :D

I sent another query, for a problem that is still months out from being critical. This one took 48 hours to be taken care of.
