Card charged item not in order history

Hello,

I placed an order (by redeeming a Humble Bundle code) on your website on December 11th but it is not showing anywhere on my account and I did not receive a confirmation email.

My bank card was charged the shipping costs $44.23 - can you please confirm this order for me? You have not replied to my email to support.
