Some highlights IMHO from the new spells for level 4-6.
Draw the Lightning so cool to raise your weapon to the sky ....
Invisibility Curtain a wall of invisibility to hide behind
Replicate illusionary Doubles
Winning Streak for the compulsive gamblers in the party
Bloodspray Curse a debuff curse that's useful in combat
Glimmer of Charm this is how a real charm spell works in the stories, very useful against a room full of people.
Forceful Hand for something a bit like all those classic hand force spells.
Aura of the Unremarkable the classic SEP field for the whole party. Very nice to see it in this game now
Cast into Time make your enemies go away for an action
Devil Form this is going to be too much for some gamers to resist.
Unexpected Transposition teleport away as a reaction and another cool use for a bag of ferrets.
Nature’s Reprisal a classic one-sided difficult terrain. Yeah I know it has limitations, but its just huge, I mean a really big area.
Any other thoughts of comments? What new spells do you like?

Nature’s Reprisal with Tangling Creepers is a fun and easy combo to set up with two casters. Reprisal turns Creepers into difficult terrain, stacking nicely with Creepers’ speed penalty.
I’m a fan of Geyser. The chance to cause prone has been very useful as is the 1 round concealment.

I don't know if it's good but Inevitable Disaster sounds incredibly fun!
I like the idea behind Necrotize but I wish its damage scaled. Conditions are always relevant at least

How does it cause prone? I only see the concealed condition.

It happens when they fall.
But if you are attacking them to take advantage of the prone they have concealment. There are some abilities that can see through it, so I suppose you can combo it a bit as a Storm Druid.
Prone costs an action at least.

I think Flammable Fumes is quite solid. While it does have a turn of windup, the spell has no save.

That is kind of cool. Conjure it up, have the enemies think it is some minor cloud, then you or a party member can set it on fire.

I missed that. No save. Thanks. Is that a misprint? I guess it makes sense.
The enemy has a full round to move away from an area of poison. So they really should not be there unless they are forced to. Hmmm tactical options....I was thinking of it as a seriously delayed blast fireball with a telegraphed area - which would be just bad.

No save is a double-edged sword in PF2. Positive is it does a set amount of damage and always works. Downside is no chance to double the damage on a critical fail.

The action economy on it is also very interesting as it applies to enemies.
It is invisible. To notice it while outside of it, would cost at least one action. To move inside of it obviously requires an action. To identify what the spell is, is an action.
As for the double-edged sword, I'll take a damaging spell that can't be crit saved against, nor is an attack roll, any day. It is a fully scaled fireball that can damage a creature any number of CR above your level without concern of them crit saving or their AC being exorbitantly high. Mechanically, it is assured damage. It is an aoe magic missile.

For a basic save to be better than no save you'd need the enemies to have a Save DC of [Your Spell DC - 5].
45% normal damage, 25% double damage, 25% half damage, 5% no damage for a total of 102,5% normal damage on average.
At level 9 when you get it these are the type of enemies it would do less damage on than a Fireball of the same level:
Level +0: Terrible save
Level -1: Terrible save
Level -2: Low- save
Level -3: Low- save
Level -4: Moderate- save

As I said, not many. :-P
But yes, that would qualify."Me canary be hackin', we'd be blow before the tunnel does!"
Mining Lore is a thing. :-)

Pernicious Poltergeist is a rather interesting spell in that it can target all three different saving throws, and the caster gets to choose which save is targeted on a round-by-round basis. This makes it a pretty decent spell to take for a spontaneous caster like a Sorcerer, Bard, Oracle, or Summoner, since it's so versatile in how it can target a weakness.

I quite like Soothing Spring. It's the type of spell that's built for a wand, but it would make for great RP scenes.

Yes I do like it for that, a prompt for roleplayng. Unless you really like the recovery of fatigue, or you just have a very large party, its not particularily efficient. You can just use normal out of combat healing for most groups.

It looks like it's built for a party w/o horses that needs to hustle.
Run, rest, run, and w/ room for only one mount (ya' know, for the dwarf).Fatigue in PF2 is pretty difficult to remove w/o a full rest, so being able to cover the party w/ one spell makes this a must once the wand becomes relatively cheap. Not that I recommend bathing in hostile territory though! The fact that one would leave some gear outside the pool makes the situation a bit more interesting.

Just to chime in that one of my favorite scenes from the three Musketeers book is the one where they need to speak without being overheard so they pack their things to go have a freaking picnic in a contested fort that sits in the middle of a freaking warzone.
This spell gives me a vibe of this scene. Is it a good idea? No. Is it amazing and shows just how much contempt you have for the people who's territory you're invading? Definitely!
