PDF discounts on Fantasy Grounds?

If I am a special edition subscriber should I be getting a .pdf discount from Fantasy Grounds when purchasing the digital books?

Hi!

You definitely should get a discount on Fantasy Grounds for having PDFs of the Special Edition books, and appears to be a known issue in communicating that with Fantasy Grounds. You should be able to reach out to Fantasy Grounds (you can submit a ticket with them here) and they can get that fixed for you!

Fantasy Grounds replied to my email and stated that their system will only recognize the standard .PDF product number and that you guys would need to add the standard .PDF to my account in order to get the discount.

Gah, I'm sorry they couldn't do it manually on their end! Since your post, it's something that I've brought up with various people to figure out what causes the problem in the first place and what we can do to fix it, so I'll let them know what Fantasy Grounds said to you. Hopefully I'll get more information soon!

No news about a permanent fix yet, but in the meantime (so you're not waiting around), I've gone ahead and just granted you the "standard" edition PDFs (they're identical to what you already have, but are coded in a way that should interface correctly with Fantasy Grounds). Let me know if you have any issues with that!
