There's a ridiculously overpriced metamagic feat, Yai-mimic spell. Out of your third eye is still out of an eye, right?
There's plenty of rays which don't specify where they come from. I don't see any reason why scorching ray must come from your hand, for example. If there is such a reason hidden somewhere then stylized spell/stylized spontaneity can probably bypass it.

I don't know how I forgot about the Jabbawock... I litetally just had my table fight one. Lol.
Eye Rays (Su)
The jabberwock can project beams of fire from its eyes as a ranged touch attack as a standard action, with a range increment of 60 feet. It projects two beams, and can target different creatures with these beams if it wishes as long as both targets are within 30 feet of each other. A creature that takes damage from an eye beam suffers burn.

It's 3pp, but Vigilantes of Skybourne has a bunch of mutation talents for the vigilante, including an ocular blast power.

You can have a Holy Symbol Tattoo anywhere on your body, including tattooed into your eyes (real-life example), and then use Symbolic Mastery to shoot divine rays from it.
You choose the type of damage dealt by your symbolic bolt each time you use this feat from those offered by the cleric domains granted by the deity whose holy symbol you use. The types of damage (and the cleric domains that grant them) are acid (Earth, Magic, Rune), cold (Darkness, Magic, Rune, Void, Water, Weather), electricity (Air, Magic, Rune, Weather), fire (Destruction, Fire, Magic, Rune), negative energy (Death, Destruction, Void), positive energy (Glory, Healing, Repose, Sun), sonic (Magic, Rune, Weather), and untyped (any).
The deities Narakaas and Chamiaholom qualify for all energy types.

Well it depends on the DM... but... there is always "reskinning" an effect to do what u want.
You "could" if your DM allows reskin kinetic blasts to shoot from your eyes... I know in the description it says a "Free hand to aim" but a reasonable DM would allow it to be eye blasts, but might maybe say.. you can't wear gooogles/glasses/eyewear or need special eyewear (aka. Cyclops) to use.
As long as it is not hampering/changing the game it could be a reasonable solution

Any attack or spell that doesnt specify where it comes from can be flavoured as coming out of your eyes if you want to. And even the ones that do I'm pretty sure most DMs wouldn't care if you re-flavour them as eye lazers.
Any DM that won't allow your scorching ray spell to look like eye lasers is no DM I'd want to play with.
