I don't know if it is the right forum to ask about this kind of problem.
My PCs've just defeated a pit fiend and, as usual, each one of them has taken a trophy.
Is there anything they can do with the devil's blood, claws, skin, horns and so on? I didn't find anything and I can't think of a single way to make them use their trophies

From the rules, I know of Blessed Keepsake.
This being said, I can imagine using parts of a demon to use among other things in a ritual to summon an even more powerful demon. Or as components to make a curse more potent. Or to have a victim eat/drink then becoming more and more corrupt. Or use them as a graft to become a vessel for demonhost....
They are made from demon, they are «such stuff as [nightmares] are made on». They are not made of organic matter, they are made of horror coalesced.

Thank you, so they could sell the parts for a fair price. I will certailnly point out that anything you do with a devil's part could be evil.
It's not super wow factor, but when all else fails, stuff like this can be extra crafting material, or spell components/foci.
That's the sort of things I lack imagination for...btw, as I said before, it will be material for evil spells or detect evil (as suggested by the blessed keepsake)

I suppose you could potentially look into Demonic Implants, if you want to make literal use of body parts.
The blood can be used as a component for Infernal Healing by RAW - potentially you could argue that consuming some of it would give fast healing X for X rounds, as some sort of a makeshift potion.
There is also Angelskin (CTRL + F: Angelskin for the entry), which I guess you could use as a base for if they want to craft armour out of it - or perhaps more fun, given the resistances of a pit fiend, you might want to use Dragonhide in place.
It might be worth looking into Dragoncrafts too.

You could go a more storybook/Monster Hunter route if you felt so inclined.
Pit Fiends have a ton of treasure on them, and some of that will be some pretty sweet magic items. Those fangs? Tie them onto your amulet of natural armor to increase the bonus by +2, or double the rate of your natural healing and make you immune to bleed. It's tail? Why, that's a +3 flaming whip, now. It's wings could be fashioned into, well, wings of flying. Look through one of it's eyes to benefit from True Seeing. In the fiend's foul, unfathomable heart? A single Wish.
Etc.
This is one of the best parts of GM'ing, for me. Finding ways to reward my players that fit within the world and the story they are telling, but are also mechanically useful and valid.

Amazing ideas Quixote, thank you. I'll use some of them for sure.

Speaking of blood: Aura faint evocation [evil]; CL 5th
How would this "evil" affect a NG PC?

This becomes a discussion about alignement^^
Good alignement is doing good unto others, not accepting one's own well-being deriving from the suffering of others and actively opposing those that inflict suffering upon others.
Neutral alignement is not actively fighting them and refusing one's own-well being deriving from too blatant suffering of others.
Evil is selfishness, caring only about one's own well-being, making others suffer to improve it if it happens to yield positive results.
As such, using clearly Evil methods when one could choose not to is incompatible with being Good.
So the way I see it, the voluntary use of demonic implants is incompatible with someone alignement being Good.

It's not "incompatible". It just means their alignment will possibly change over time. Which is awesome story material.
The town is about to be overrun. You haven't slept in two days, because of the nightmares. You know using that magic/item/method would help you win the day, but you can't. You mustn't! But you simply lack the power. You aren't strong enough. Alright. One more time, and then you're done with it, forever...

What about a Talisman of Breath of Life with the Devil's blood? or a Philactery...since the pit fiend was Liebdaga the Twin, who could cast BoL upon himself once defeated...it would work as the Lesser Talisman of Breath's Life

Yes, this is what I meant by incompatible, that it can't be a stable situation.
Expediency over justice, for the sake of the greater good, a story told countless times yet never told too many times for it tells what humanity aspires to be and what humanity is.

That's what I think as well, but I'm afraid there will be discussion about it...
You are the Game Master, Good and Evil and what constitutes them as meta-physical concepts, in a universe where meta-physics has a strong tendency to become physics^^, is your purview as the creator of said universe. It is actually the first privilege of the Game Master, in terms of story-telling rather than adjudication of rules, to decide on the fundamental powers and views of the universe. Whether you play in a published universe such as Golarion or one created by you for the purpose of the game doesn't change a thing, you are running it, it moves through you and you decide how it moves and why it moves.
I am not saying you shouldn't explain to your players if their characters are savvy about cosmogony - and otherwise, the core of things will remain a mystery to them. I even advocate co-operative story-telling, having the players sometimes decide elements outside of their characters. But on something as fundamental as what is Good and what is Evil, once the game has been going for a while and especially when there is power at stakes for the characters, I think it is a mistake to make it a discussion. Explain but there is no negotiation to be had, your thoughts are the universe.
