The various drone chasis come with initial mods e.g. 2 x flight system for hover drones. Do these count towards the mod limit of a drone or are they free? If they do count can you replace them?

Never mind found it in the mods section the answers are no and no. Though the mods do raise the question why a hover drone cant take a swimming mod but the others can take both swimming and flying.
