Our warehouse will be closed for our annual inventory from January 6th- 10th, 2020.
We will try to get outstanding orders that are ready to ship processed prior to end of day Friday, January 3rd.
We expect to resume shipping Monday, January 13th, 2020. (If the inventory process wraps up early, we may resume shipping earlier).
You can still place orders while the warehouse is closed, but they will take a little longer than usual to depart from our warehouse.
Let us know if you have any questions!
Inquiries about particular orders should go in their own thread or via email & phone per usual.
Thanks!

So what is this mysterious warehouse like? Been a big hush hush ya know? Some Amazonish cavern with robotic transports or a dimly lit archive of books and weird noises in the back stacks?
Two big sections with racking for pallets of everything imaginable (and somethings unimaginable).
Slightly less big section next to the loading docks for large projects like distribution orders, subscription label runs, staging convention supplies and products, sending and receiving shipments, and the carts and bins for USPS, UPS, and MI pick up.Smaller section with a selection of popular product, small things and things with lower inventory, plus packing materials and shipping desk for processing individual customer orders.
Occasional forklift beeping, pallet jack rolling, offers to buy chickens, raptor screeching.

Our warehouse will be closed for our annual bacchinal from January 6th- 10th, 2020.
We will try to get outstanding orders that are ready to ship processed prior to end of day Friday, January 3rd, aka, the last day of sobriety.
We expect to resume shipping Monday, January 13th, 2020. (If party ends early/cops are called re: noise complaint, we may resume shipping earlier).
You can still place orders while the warehouse is closed, but they will take a little longer than usual to depart from our warehouse because we will be sauced to the gills.
Let us know if you have any questions, but know that answers may be slurred.
Inquiries about particular orders should go in their own thread or via email & phone per usual, but beware of misspellings and the like due to inebriation.
Thanks!

Fun fact - as products, our PDFs do have inventory quantities - they're just set to "infinite".
Terrible shame, that. There are a few physics issues making that utterly impractical.
First, there's the available bandwidth divided by the size of each PDF, which give a finite and specific quantity of time required for Paizo to provide a particular PDF to any customer. Divide the amount of time between now and the heat-death of the universe by that specific quantity of time, and you have the maximum sane number of PDFs you should have in inventory.
Second, there's the storage requirement for each issued PDF. Given the number of bits involved with any PDF is a known value, it should be reasonable to divide the number of electrons in the observable universe by that value to determine the maximum number of copies you might be reasonably required to issue.
Third - entropy being a thing - it is inevitable that given the passage of any time, an infinite number of PDFs will experience decoherence, becoming disorganized random data. In fact, with an infinite inventory of PDFs, it is statistically unavoidable that an infinite number of PDFs will become unreadable, and that event will happen in an immeasurably small period of time. Given Paizo's admirable commitment to quality-control, it is understandable that you would not wish to risk issuing an infinite number of defective PDFs in no time at all, so clearly, a less risky value is in order.
You may wish to use a more sensible number to record your PDF inventory, such as negative one. When decremented by one when issuing product to a customer, this will never reach zero, or even a "nearly zero" low-stock situation.

Paizo needs to get Rex Kramer. He's the only one who can get Will to land that warehouse.

Inventory is wrapping up and Will has let us know they are going to start shipping items again , expected today.
Note; we had a couple items from the January products get held up in customs. We're expecting those to be released shortly, but we don't want to create orders until we know we've got those products in our warehouse. (This also gives the warehouse a chance to ship more pending orders that were delayed by inventory before starting January subscriptions). We do not expect this to effect our ability to get subscription orders shipped before the release date.
We are expecting to create orders on Monday the 13th, and begin shipping Wednesday the 15th.

I am still new to subscriptions. I have 4 subs and 3 of them will kick in this January. I see a number of items in my side cart. So if I understand this correctly I should see these in my order history on the 13th. Is this correct?
Pathfinder Weapons & Armor Deck
Pathfinder Bestiary Battle Cards
Pathfinder Lost Omens: Gods & Magic Hardcover
Pathfinder Adventure: The Fall of Plaguestone

The Battle Cards have been pushed to February. Other than that you should be good to go. You'll get an "order authorization" email on the 13th telling what they plan to ship, and a shipping email telling what they have shipped sometime on or after the 15th.
I have not received an order order authorization yet. Is everything still on track?

No. You can always get the latest information on shipping schedules in the month's New Releases and Shipping thread's OP.

I not talking about general shipping. I have seen others saying they received their emails for products I also have subscribed. I have not received ANY auth emails yet. Not just the delayed items. I just want to make sure that my Gods and Magic and others will be shipped soon.
I have glitches on my account before... so I am just a bit concerned.

Hi folks! We are in the process of generating orders as we speak! I'm running our order creation process for the first time so pardon the slight delay as I work through it.
Oh sorry missed this. Thanks! And I just read the post about the weather issues! Stay warm and have a safe drive home.
