Couple of Issues - Missing Scenarios, Order stuck in Pending

1: I have yet to receive or be billed for my society products from my society subscriptions for November (1-08/1-09 for PFS, 2-11/2-12 for SFS). I need a quick turnaround, as I am running some of these this coming weekend. The PFS should be complimentary, the SFS should charge me. Can you please fulfill?

Secondly, order 8377108 is stuck in pending. It will not allow me to order other products until it is fulfilled. There is no option on the order for me to process. It should be for an AP subscription starting with Extinction Curse.

** Update ** when I go to make any purchase, the "Confirm Purchase" button isn't populating on the third order screen, only the"return to shopping" option.

I have processed your society products and fixed up the part of your account that was holding that up for you. Future scenarios should go more smoothly. I also got the order to start the AP subscription pushed through. I hope this means you are able to proceed with other orders. I'm sorry it gave you trouble. Hi Sam,

Thanks for following up - I got November's PFS scenarios, but my SFS scenarios were canceled.

When I try to purchase them, I can't add them to my cart - I get an error message that says "my request produced an error". Perhaps because it is subscription?

You should now have those SFS scenarios from November. Thank you for clarifying you were missing those ones. When you have a subscription for them, purchasing them through the cart won't resolve the problem, as we need to fix the subscription to make sure you get them, so just let us know if it happens again.
