Items that were set for GenCon pickup are no longer showing as GenCon pickup?!?

Good Morning,

I noticed today that when I was checking my sidecart that while the Bestiary from my subscriptions was showing that the normal version of the Core Rulebook was not?

I also noticed that while I had previously opted into GenCon pickup that now the items were showing as scheduled to be shipped with the next order? Is there a way to get this fixed?
