I was wondering:
How do I go about finishing my build based around Isaac Clarke. I got the character all statted out: A Dex-based soldier of the spacefarer theme who will take ranks in Engineering every level. Low WIS because, let's be honest, Isaac sucks at Will Saves.
All I'm really asking about is:
1. What feats should I take for this build?
2. What armor should I take? I know it has to be heavy, but I'm blanking on ideas as to what to use.
3. IS there anything I can use to simulate His Telekinesis and Stasis? Any armor mods or anything?
4. What Soldier Fighting Style would be best?
Thanks for the help!

I would actually go with Exocortex Mechanic for this for a nice scaling bonus to computers and engineering as well as that low will save.
1. Heavy Weapon Proficiency (if Mechanic), Versatile Weapon Specialization (if Mechanic), Quick Draw all come to mind for both quality of life and flavor. Maybe Powered Armor Proficiency later.
2. Heavy or Powered. Powered Armor has a strength bonus and melee attack that could recreate his curb stomp. If you do go the powered route, stick to something low-level and upgrade it with the PA upgrade rules. Don't worry about moving slow, Isaac handled like a semi-truck.
3. Telekinesis and Stasis might be best represented by a Graviton Pistol with a Bombarding weapon fusion loaded with a Containment Grenade.
4. Bombard

This wont help with your build work but Chris Van Deelen on https://d-infinity.net/ has done a few huge write-ups for stuff like Necromorphs, Xenomorphs, and Arachnids in the starfinder rules that could really help you with the gear part if your DM is ok with homebrew.
Here is a link to his main list of work but what you want is the Dead Space Weapons and Armor section.
I don't know if he is done with the write-up yet because his last update to it was on march 31st so more stuff might show up.
