Since they don’t need break down the food to digest I would assume they don’t have a humanoid digestive system. That being the case they would not have the same waste product that a humanoid does.
They could also have a very efficient digestive system that is able to break down and absorb everything that they eat. In that case there would be no waste product to dispose of.

Maybe they just cough up the refuse like owl pellets.
Having a succubus cough up a pellet or hairball would really set the mood, perhaps one different than what they wanted. They should be mindful of their table manners. I should remember to make happen at least once with my players. ;)
Of course that might ruin the temptation aspect of succubi. Maybe I should make it clear later that the one succubi was cursed or something. Later so there can be a few opportunities to have confused succubi wondering why their charm isn't working on the adventurers. ;)

I would fanwank that the planar material of their home plane, whether it is currently manifesting as water, the flesh of some other outsider, or a fancy meal of ambrosia and little pastries, just gets harmlessly absorbed into their own matter, with no excretion of excess.
Sit around in Elysium and drink ale with Cayden all day, and never have to pee. Heaven, indeed! Where does all the extra liquid go? It was never liquid in the first place! Plus, magic! We have different laws up here. Better ones. Now stop with the heavy thinking and try some of this dwarven stout. It's to die for...
But stuff from other planes, such as the aforementioned barghest eating people? Yeah, that probably is the typical 'garbage in, garbage out' process familiar to non-outsiders.

So does this apply to my teiflimg character whos technically an outsider
Tieflings are Outsiders with the Native subtype:
"This subtype is applied only to outsiders. These creatures have mortal ancestors or a strong connection to the Material Plane and can be raised, reincarnated, or resurrected just as other living creatures can be. creatures with this subtype are native to the Material Plane. Unlike true outsiders, native outsiders need to eat and sleep."So, they still need to eat, and poop.

Do outsiders have to go to the bathroom?
No they go to the outhouse! XD
But seriously back to the more recent questions ... actually it looks like they've been answered.
From a realism perspective, there are creatures that are MUCH more efficient with their food than we are. Poop is the stuff we couldn't use, so we get rid of it. If you can use everything then you wouldn't need to poop - you'd burn the energy as fuel, lose it as shedding skin, things like that. I imagine Trolls poop less than other things since they'd need a huge reserve of energy to grow back limbs.
An interesting perspective on Evil outsiders is that their eating doesn't even fuel them, they just like doing it. That means they probably poop back 100% of what they ate (and consume the soul for nourishment or something).

+1 for the concept that Outsiders convert any food/consumed product completely into energy, thus not leaving any by-products. They only produce excrement if they wish to do so (e.g., demons fouling things).
In a similar fashion, I remember an article (or was it a sourcebook?) in either 2e or 3.x which stated that Dragons also converted their food energy perfectly. This meant that "dragon droppings" never existed. Both of which were a good thing if one is prone to sleeping for a few hundred years ...

According to the preeminent scholarly work on the subject, they do.
