Looking for build advice for making an anime style character who wields a massive scythe.
The only 2 options I am aware of that allow wielding an oversized 2H weapon are the Titan Fighter and Titan Mauler. Are there any others I missed?
I would like to go for as many attacks per round as I can, to give myself more chances are those huge crits.
I was thinking maybe a 1 level dip into Cleric of Svarozic and 1 into Unchained Monk to qualify for crusaders flurry?
Build is limited to PFS rules, 20pt buy, Paizo materials only, etc.
Personal limitations include taking the feat Wilding at level 1 to give the character animal features...think anime catgirl.
I was thinking maybe a LN Titan Fighter 9, Cleric of Svarozic 1, Unchained Monk 1? Taking greater weapon focus, weapon specialization, and improved critical with fighter bonus feats...maybe critical focus as well to ensure those crits land?
Any other must have feats for something like this? Must have gear? etc.
Thoughts?

Goliath druid is interesting, but I'm aiming more for an anime style...little girl with a big weapon.
Titan Mauler might be an interesting option instead of Titan Fighter...rage in combat and turn into a whirling death machine. I don't think I could mix it with unchained monk though, with the alignment restrictions on the 2 classes.
Decisions, decisions...

Well you don't need to be chaotic to keep barbarian abilities, only for taking new levels.
Also taking the adopted trait to get the Enlightened Warrior Aasimar trait lets you be a neutral or neutral good monk.
Massive Weapons has a substantial to-hit penalty. The penalty decreases as the Titan Mauler levels up, but you won't reduce the penalty if you just take a dip.
Add the -2 penalty from flurry and you'll look real impressive swinging an oversized weapon that never hits anything.

Barbarian (titan mauler) 3/druid (goliath druid or mountain druid; Plant/Growth domain for righteous might as a 5th-level domain spell) 9.
If you want more spells, fighter (titan fighter) 1/druid (as above) 11. Without rage, you will need to invest a bit more in boosting your attack bonus.

The cleave feat chain always feels like a trap to me, I rarely ever encounter situations where it would actually come into play, especially in PFS. If I were in a home game where we were fighting hordes of minions, I'd be much more likely to go that road.
The Goliath Druid road is something I may look at for a different character at some point, just not what I am going for on this particular character.
I've been playing around a bit some build options, I don't think the Titan Mauler Barbarian is going to work for me, the alignment restrictions between Umonk and barbarian cause problems, I could go core monk with the martial artist archetype that removes the alignment restriction on the monk side, but then I'd lose 1 BAB, and take an additional -2 on my flurry attacks, stacked with the penalties from using an oversized weapon I'd just be missing too much.
Back to my original idea of mostly Titan Fighter, with a dip into Cleric and UMonk to get Crusader's Flurry...would there be any benefit to taking more than 1 level of either Cleric or UMonk in place of more fighter levels? Or any other classes worth looking into a 1-2 level dip into?
Looking at the Titan Fighter, I would probably want either 3 or 7 levels, to take advantage of the reduction in oversized weapon penalties, which leaves a little wiggle room for other stuff.

enlarge person of wild shape wont stack with growth or righteous might

I don't know if it's PFS legal, but have you looked into the Impact weapon enhancement? It raises the damage dice of the weapon by 1 size category. This would give you 2 options:
1: Use a Medium weapon that is effectively a Large. You can say that the enhancement makes it appear Large, but it is as easy to use as a Medium. This means you won't be tied to the Titan Fighter or Titan Mauler classes.
2: Make your Large weapon effectively Huge. With a scythe, I believe this would make it a 3d6/x4. If you go this route, I'd suggest using the Vital Strike chain. More dice times more dice is a whole lot of damage.

I do not play in P.F.S. so apologies in advance for any mistakes!
If you want to avoid spending a Feat/9 Levels of Barbarian(Titan Mauler) on Martial Weapon Proficiency for the Scythe, you can purchase an Opalescent White Pyramid Ioun Stone (Flawed/Standard) to negate the -4 non-Proficiency Penalty. Using an Inappropriately Sized Weapon inflicts a -2 Penalty on Attack Rolls per difference in Size Category, so you may want to purchase a Shining Wayfinder or Smuggler's Wayfinder for 2 000gp, (I was surprised to find out that a standard Wayfinder is not P.F.S. legal). Combining one of these Wayfinders with the Opalescent White Pyramid will grant Weapon Focus as a Resonance Effect, now effectively reducing the Attack Roll Penalty to -1, (assuming that you only go up one Size Category). This opens up Bloodrager as a viable Full B.A.B. Class, which handily has access to [3] Haste from Bloodrager 10; it also offers some [1] Spells that are pretty anime-style (x) (x) (x) (x), bestial (x) (x) (x) or simply Weapon orientated (x) (x) (x) (x) (x) (x) (x), from Bloodrager 4.
Purely for the anime aesthetic, later on you may want to purchase a 10 000gp Weapon Tattoo so as to "summon" your main/secret Weapon without Casting a Spell - this can be surprising, help out if your current Weapon is sundered, hide your Weapon when you are not supposed to bring one; etc. Additionally, you could also double-down on the bestial traits with a 12 000gp Animal Totem Tattoo. (It is a shame that Crafting Feats like Inscribe Magical Tattoo are not legal for P.C.s.)

The point is to have better options than just enlarge person before the giant form I version of wild shape comes online at 12th level. Righteous might (+4 Str, +4 Con, -2 Dex, +2 natural armor, DR 5/evil or good) is also superior in some respects than the goliath druid's 6th level wild shape (+4 Str, -2 Dex, +1 natural armor, possible rock throwing, possible aquatic and amphibious subtype).
Not to mention having the swift action enlarge person effect (until the start of the next round) as a domain power from the 1st druid level.
Druid 1 - enlarge person as a domain spell and a domain power
Goliath druid 6 - modified alter self version of wild shape
Druid 9 - righteous might as a domain spell
Druid 12 - giant form I version of wild shape

I have indeed looked into the Impact enchantment, and it is PFS legal, but being a +2 enchantment property makes it quite expensive, so I would not be able to get it on a weapon until probably level 9-ish. I was probably going to do that already, to make the large weapon do huge damage dice.
The problem with the penalty for a inappropriately sized weapon isn't really the issue, it is the fact that you cannot physically wield a 2 handed weapon that is too large for your character without either the Titan Fighter or Titan Mauler archetypes. Scythe is a martial weapon, not exotic, so getting the proficiency for it is super easy.
Weapon Tattoo is interesting, but specifies the weapon must be sized for the wielder, so RAW would not work with an oversized scythe. That and 10k is a pit much for what it does.
All the shape and size shifting stuff is pretty cool, and could lead to some interesting stuff. It just isn't really what I am after for this particular character.
I'm picturing a deceptively strong young anime catgirl wielding a giant scythe. I might even go agility based if there was a decent way to pull it off in PFS (which there really isn't one I've found, at least not that comes online early enough to be useful, or doesn't involve some questionable interpretations of some rules)

For gear I suggest effortless lace -2 to size penalty for 2.5k gp. Also, I know you don't care for size but shrinking enchantment changes the size to that of a dagger for 1k gp. Just something to keep on mind if the size becomes an issue later on. Ki focus and Conductive might be good to use monk or domain abilities respectively.
Finally, I always think Deliquescent Gloves makes for great gp saving when getting enchantments later on.
Other items would depend on how you are going to play the character or what you are facing.

I was wanting to avoid the 1 big hit effect of Vital Strike, and go for as many attacks as I can squeeze out of the build to get more chances at those epic x4 crits.
Kineticists are fun, but going that route kind of skips over the big crits I am wanting on this character. Summoning up a scythe made of elemental matter/energy could be fun though.
Effortless Lace is not PFS legal, PFS players can't play with the really fun toys. :(
I had forgotten about the shrinking enchantment. I use that on my shield bash brawler to hide their shield during social encounters sometimes. Might toss that on my massive scythe to do the same.
I love Deliquescent Gloves, and their fiery cousin Demonic Smiths Gloves. I have several characters who utilize them.
