Under remove affliction
but the spell does not reverse instantaneous effects, such as Hit Point damage, temporary ability damage, or effects that don’t go away on their own (such as poison states)
But under afflictions it says
Usually, the spell remove affliction immediately cures a victim of an affliction (moving the victim of a disease, drug, or poison to a healthy state on its progression track). However, once a disease or poison has reached its end state, only the most powerful magic or technology (such as miracle or wish, or in the most extreme cases, reincarnate or a regeneration chamber) can remove its effects.
So are end poison states the only thing remove affliction won't get rid of? Or are you stuck with the truckload of penalties until you rest, because I don't see another way to get rid of them.
