Hi. So as the title suggests, does anyone have any good ideas for a build that requires no armour (or clothes : ^) ), which isn't magic based?
My party is pretty complete already so my character doesn't need to be "helpful" in any way shape or form, just completely naked at all times. P.S unfortunately can't be a barbarian, as thats already been taken
P.S.S the more stupid the better

An ecclesitheurge cleric. They have sworn a vow to forsake all armor and rely solely on their faith to protect them. They lose their powers if they wear armor...you can just take it a step further and say that their vows also apply to clothes.
***Sorry, I saw you stipulated no magic.
Still think it fits the theme though. ***
Also, Wild Child Brawler. Basically Mogwli...you can go with the classic raised by wolves or go with any animal companion you think would be funny.

Kineticists tend to rely on light armor, as do Shifters.
Warlord fighters are naked. That's CHA to AC, plus some dodge if you really want. Just see with your GM about switching the weapons proficiencies if you can, John Carter's Barsoomian stuff doesn't fit most games.
Jungle Lord ranger too. WIS to AC. Loses spells.
Sword-Devil Ranger was already mentioned. CHA to AC. Loses spells.
Respectively John Carter, Tarzan and Red Sonja, so yeah : mostly naked. Free loincloth proficiency. And official confirmation that scalemail bikini is not armor.
Kensai Magus - that's magic, but a very fighty approach to magic. INT to Ac, but a slower start.
Most Monks,of course.

Substitute armor/weapons/magic items with magical tattoos. Insert class of your choice. Profit.

I like Warlord Fighter.
Ignore all the tools you get for using martian weapons and stuff, of course.
Anyway, you go with a rapier, take Advanced Weapon Training feats to taste, and just pump your AC with any bonus feats you don't desire.
Use Leather Armor until you get your 3rd level AC from Charisma.
I'd build like this on a 20 PB:
Human
S13 D18 (16+2) C12 I10 W10 CH14
Traits: Indomitable Faith, Criminal (Disable Device)
Feats & Progression:
1. Cunning, Weapon Finesse
2. Improved Bravery
3. VMC Rogue – Trapfinding
4. Evasive Dueling, +1 STR
5. Advanced Weapon Training feat > Versatile Training – Light Blades (Diplomacy, Sleight of Hand)
6. Evasive Dueling
7. VMC Rogue – Sneak Attack
8. Evasive Dueling, +1 DEX
9. Replace WT II for Trained Grace, Dodge
10. Advanced Weapon Training feat > Defensive Training
11. VMC Rogue – Evasion
12. Evasive Dueling, +1 DEX
So, at 12th level, assuming you have a pair of Gloves of Dueling, you should have... 26 AC BEFORE magic items.
At 12th level, add a +2 Belt of Physical Perfection, a +4 Headband of Alluring Charisma, a +2 Amulet of Natural Armor, a +2 Ring of Protection, a set of +4 Bracers of Armor (and you still have enough cash for Gloves of Dueling, a +3 Cloak of Resistance and a +3 Rapier), and you are looking at... 37 AC post-magic items.

Halfling scaled fist monk/Oath of Vengeance Paladin!
Str 8-2
Dex 16+2
Con 14
Int 7
Wis 7
Cha 18+2
Traits: Helpful Halfling, any other of your choosing
Build:
M1: Weapon Finesse, Combat Reflexes
M1P2: Bodyguard
M1P4: Cautious Fighter
M2P4: Dodge
M2P5: Blundering Defense
M2P7: Osyluth Guile
M2P9: Crane Style
Skills: 3+ ranks Acrobatics, 8+ ranks Bluff, anything else Diplo or UMD. Level 3 you bodyguard allies for +4 A.C. you gain your charisma to AC and your charisma as a delfexrion bonus to AC against smite evil targets. At 9th level (or 8th if you take a level of fighter) you fight defensively to gain your cha bonus as a dodge bonus to AC. 3x Cha bonus to AC, and you can be as naked as you want! At 7th level you provide half your dodge bonus gained from fighting defensively as a luck bonus to AC to adjacent allies.

The build I posted gets A.C. in the 50s when fighting defensively against smite targets, and mid 30s against all other targets. Allies gain +3 luck bonus to AC when adjactnt. Against an enemy that you use Osyluth Guile on, that luck bonus increases to +7 or so. Most of the time you'll also be able to bodyguard them for an additional +4 bonus to AC, for around a +11 bonus to allies' A.C. your party barbarian would probably love that.
If you don't want something so wonky, phytokineticist or hydrokineticist are great options. In fact, going wood/cold nets you armor or shield +Nat A.C, with good attack options (wood, cold, and winter blasts)

If you go with a small race, you get a bonus to your AC and CMD. But you lose a bit to CMB, of course.
Wayang Monks are pretty great at this – their FCB grants them +AC, which is pretty unique, and if you go Scaled Fist, you can focus on stacking CHA rather than WIS (which is at a penalty for Wayang)
