A local player just had his level 6 soldier complete True Savior of Tsach to earn 500UPD, but then realized his PC lacks the skills necessary to actually craft anything with it.
I was about to recommend that at reputation tier 3 he could spend some fame to get a hireling with the appropriate skills to do the crafting and equipment repairs for him, but then realized hirelings have skill bonuses but not ranks.
Is this an oversight or are hirelings not intended to do crafting?
