Hello Customer Service,
I recently changed my card, however the website will not change to the new card for subscriptions, it keeps defaulting to the old card. I get emails telling me there is a problem with the order when I can't reset the card information.
is this something that can be checked as I don't want to have to manually change the payment details for every order.
Also order # 5163980 that I received an email about doesn't appear on my account, so I can't manually change the payment details for this order anyway.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for letting us know! It looks like our system had an old card still set as your default, which is most likely what was causing those hiccups. I've set your new card as the default and was able to push order #5163980 through. You should receive a confirmation email about it in just a moment.
If our system tries to give you any more guff about cards, just let me know and I'll see what I can do to get it to cooperate. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.
