If a weapon with the Bright weapon special property misses, does it still illuminate you and the target? Page 181 of the CRB.
Doesn't really address hitting or missing. Mainly wondering with regards to the Hover Drone, since it doesn't come stock with weapon proficency, the Flare Gun seems like a decent utility weapon for their default Weapon Mount (Ex), at least for low levels.
