Where can I find stats for the Ghibranis?

I want my next character to be a Ghibranis, but I can't find stats for them. :(

They are an established insectoid race from the planet of Elytrio. They're mentioned in Starfinder Society's third scenario, Yesteryear's Truth, but don't appear to have any stats.

There's gotta' be stats somewhere, otherwise how are Starfinder Society GMs expected to run them?

The relevant stats for the ones you directly interact with are in the scenario, they aren't intended to be a combat, so there's no full stat block.

Wait, what? They really expect there to be direct interaction with the NPCs, but absolutely no possibility of combat?

Why on Absalom Station did they include Ghibranis weapon stats then?

If you initiate combat they run away and I suppose its assumed you can kill them if you really want to but enjoy your infamy and failing that part of the scenario. They aren't hostile.
