If I install jump jets on my hover drone, does it still need to spend a move action to activate them, or is their use simply considered part of its movement?
If it is the former, then it seems kind of useless as the drone could have simply double moved.
It says it increases their speed and doesn't list an action. The move action is only called out in the jump part. You're right that it would be useless otherwise, so it has to be a non-action with a 1 minute cool down.
