What are the best Map Making Computer Tools for someone who doesn't know computers

Hi All, sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forums but I didn't know exactly where to ask this. Anyway. What is a good Map Making Computer Tool for someone who don't know computers that well. Ty.

My best guess: hexographer and dungeonographer. The free versions are reasonably powerful, especially for simple maps, and the interface is reasonably simple.
