How did GM's handle the elevator trap? I am a bit confused on how to handle this. Did you treat it as instant death of someone does enter that elevator?
No. It's got stats and while it is pretty deadly, it could be disabled by a very lucky character.
I think the use of the word "utterly" in the description of the trap is rather misleading. The trap deals 2d6 damage - which may well be deadly for a 1st-level character, of course. Hopefully, the players will notice the crushed bones and be wary.
