Hi There

I am attamepting to purchase a pdf from South Africa.
My bank declined the charge, so I then called them and had them clear the charge.

However there now seems to be an issue on your side that is preventing me from completing my purchase.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Katina

I used a secondary card to eventually finalise the payment.

During the purchase process I could not tell whether the transaction attempts after the first were being declined due to the first decline or if they were being redeclined.

It would be nice to have that process clarified more.

Also after entering my 3 digit card number thingy it would show the loading circle and then hang on that page. In order to figure out what happened I had to go back to the previous page where it would say it had been declined.

I will attempt another purchase shortly and shall inform as to how that goes.


It seems the person from my bank that I spoke to the other day lied to me.
The card that is being declined simply cannot be used for online purchases.
