Hello. I am currently running the Skull & Shackles path and I find myself confused. On the one hand the statistics for ships on this site give details for a handful of ships including only one entry for Sailing ship and another for Warship. Meanwhile in the Ships of the Inner Sea guide there are mentioned Brigs, Caravels, Galleons, Battleships and Frigates all with different stats than one finds
here. Can someone please let me know where to find the statistics for all of these different ships? It is a bit confusing. For example the Sailing ships here have an AC of 2, meanwhile the Cetaceal (a Brigantine in the guide) has an AC of 19! Can someone please help me with this? Thank you.

When I was running Skull & Shackles, I looked everywhere I could think of to try and solve the same problem you're running into.
In the end, I wrote up stats for the various ships myself. I used the base stats from the players' guide, ships of the inner sea, and the AP as a baseline. I wanted the other types of ships to have non-aesthetic differences so that my players would have a reason to want a particular type of ship.
Each time they encountered a new ship type, I'd let them roll Profession: Sailor to get the 'stats' for it.
Here's a link to a google docs sheet with what I came up with.
Hope that's helpful.

The SRD has a lot of info:
General Ship Combat rules.
Customizing Ships.
Here are the Ships.
For example, the Warship has two stat blocks. One is per Ultimate Combat, the other is per Skills & Shackles. Use the S&S one.
This should be enough for you to go with.
