Subscribers attending PaizoCon 2017 may opt in to pick up their subscriptions until May 10th at 4:00 PM PST. After this time we are unable to make any alterations to the hold for pick up status of your account. Opt In or change your opt in status by visiting your My Subscription page. If you do not have a subscription and would like to pick up the starting item at PaizoCon, please contact customer service immediately after placing your order for the subscription so that we can ensure the product is set properly for subscription pick up.
Please note that items in your sidecart that are not your subscription items for May New Releases will not be available for pick up at the show.

We plan on prioritizing the shipping of subscriber Crown of Fangs Case Cases during our monthly shipping window.
For those who are not opting in to PaizoCon pick up:
↬If you have anything in your sidecart that is *ready to go* when we run the order spawning process, it will be shipped with this subscription.
↬If you want to add anything to this subscription order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of 4-11 business days or longer, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.
For those who are opting in to PaizoCon Pick Up:
The schedule for people choosing to opt in is as follows:
- Wednesday, May 10th, 4:00pm PST — Ability to opt in or change preferences for PaizoCon pick up closes.
- May 11th-16th — We will create convention pick up orders, charge payment methods and grant PDFs. State tuned to the May thread for more details.
- May 26th- May 29th — Pick up your subscription items from the Paizo booth at PaizoCon 2017.
Unfortunately we are not able to include any other items for PaizoCon pick up. If you have other items in your sidecart they will wait until the next available subscription to ship.
Shipping & Handling & Sales Tax:
Pick up orders are not charged shipping & handling, but are charged Washington sales tax (10%).
What do I need to pick up my subscription items?
Bring your ID, and make sure you know what email address you use for logging into Paizo.com. Printing off your order confirmation email or having it accessible on a smartphone is helpful, but not required.
I can't make it to PaizoCon, can my friend, family member, partner, husband/wife pick up my subscriptions?
Subscriptions must be picked up by the account holder. We will not release subscription pick ups to anyone but the subscriber.
If I don't have a subscription for a product line, can I still sign up for one and choose to pick it up at PaizoCon?
Yes! Just start the subscription like normal, opt in on your My Subscription page and contact customer.service@paizo.com immediately after subscribing to ensure the starting products are correctly set.
If you have any questions or concerns about PaizoCon pick up please let us know as soon as possible, as the closer it gets to the show, the harder some issues are to resolve. You can email us, customer.service@paizo.com, you can post in the Customer Service forum, or you can give us a call (425-250-0800, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific time).

Assuming you do not have anything in your sidecart and are not ordering more than 1 of anything, I'm getting a total of $424.26 plus shipping for all subscriber products listed above.
You'll need to wait for either the auth email or for a CS reply for something more accurate.
I had my minis sub set to ship on its own. I was wondering what part of the month it'll ship as if I group them up vs ship them separate?
I get that it varies a little, so I won't hold anyone to a specific date, I was just wondering if I could get a rough idea. I imagine it'll be cheaper to ship together.
Does this mean miniatures will ship first outside of the monthly subs (assuming I have my subs set that way)?
The miniatures will be generated and shipped as part of the normal monthly shipments. We will then have the warehouse prioritize getting shipments that include the Battles items on their way when shipping starts.

Because of how the dates line up, we will not be doing a separate auth for the Battles releases this month. They will be generated as part of the normal monthly orders. The warehouse will be doing their best to get orders with Battles item out towards the earlier part of the shipping queue.

I didn't check my subscriptions page, I looked at what you were subscribed to, then went to all of the product pages for those products (linked to in the first post here), added up the price adjusted by the subscriber discount (or pathfinder advantage if it was cover price), and then reported the total (so that figure includes AP + player companion + map + RPG hardcover + pawn + 4 comics + minis case + case incentive + legends cd). :)

They will go live on the street date for Crown of Fangs, which is May 17th. May 18th at 12:00 pm PST.
Update: please note that Pathfinder Comics: Runescars #1 is being moved to the June shipment.
The comics might be available for general purchase at PaizoCon, but will not be available as part of subscription pick up.
I was curious if that had been changed. Previewsworld.com didn't have it listed for this week or next week...

Hmm, my Minis case doesn't show as shipping this month, but my AP does. From my understanding, the plan is to prioritize the minis subscribers during order spawning. I've had a lot of issues of late with my orders for subs not working til I call support, does it look like my sub is set to work this time?

The system hasn't gotten to your account yet, so your My Subscriptions page will now look funny until we get there.
If you haven't gotten an order confirmation email showing everything correctly by the time we post that order spawning has finished, please let us know.

Probably nothing, but I got my e-mail confirmation but it was for my AP subscription only. No minis case or incentive.
Order 4311498 for the AP shows pending.
Order 4282790 for the minis shows complete.
Order spawning should have finished up overnight.
If you have not gotten an order confirmation email yet, and are expecting one, or if there is anything wrong with your order, please let us know, preferably in a new thread, by email, or by giving us a call.

Alas, no. Just pulleys and belts driven by a treadmill on which are running a bunch of goblins wearing marathon gear.

I may have never noticed this before, but on the email, it shows the 39.99 for the adventurer's guide in strikethru, then a column over shows 39.99 again. Is this common?
Apparently, this is something I've never looked at closely.
I'm not sure why it's showing a strikethrough, as this particular item doesn't have a discount. I'm not sure if that's working as intended or not.Unfortunately, anyone I could ask at the moment is buried in much more pressing things.

And is there any promise of a period of guaranteed availability for the individual minis? Obviously you want such a period to at the very least give the subscribers the chance to fill in any gaps missing from their cases.

I believe, with Deadly Foes, after the first week or so of sales they opened up some more cases and added to their singles inventory. No guarantees, just one past practice.

So I just looked, and I don't think I got an order spawn this month. Is this because I requested PaizoCon pickup?
Yes, it is. We have not generated PaizoCon pick up orders yet (the item(s) should just be in your sidecart for now). We haven't started that process yet, as we are waiting from an okay from that tech team that it is safe.
