Quicker and still good: serrano ham and cheese sandwich.

It's raining there? I have heard we had sleet here this afternoon.

Sleet? Really? We had some major hail during a storm the other night, but sleet is reserved for winter where I live. And we don't get enough of it.. lol

I'm betting they don't have a million words for frozen water coming out of the sky. :-)

I haven't really been cooking that much lately. And when I do it's been simple and easy stuff because we've been so busy. Tonight was bacons, eggs, and hash browns with fresh peaches for dessert. I love breakfast for dinner. I don't really like to eat in the morning, so if I don't have breakfast food at dinner time then I'll never get to eat it. :P

Talk to me in February, and I'll have a million words referring to that exact situation... but forum rules prohibit their use.

I think I wanted to say hail xD <-Learning English from Pathfinder spells xD

In Galician: saraiba, pedrizo.

In Spanish: granizo.

Nope, just three of them.

But we have a lot of them to refer to soft rain (the one you barely notice but you end soaked anyway), probably because it happens a lot xD

Thinking about trying my hand at a Swarma recipe.

I'm tired. Going to bed, soon. Good night, everybody.

Go, you can. *Yawns*
What time is it there?

I feel my eyes getting smaller and smaller.
And my brain too.

*Yawns*

I am trying to write on my campaign journal but I can only write nonsense.

The night is being pretty quiet. The hospital looks empty. Creepy...

When I got out everything was so quiet and empty that I thought a zombie apocalypse had happened and I hadn't even noticed, closed in my cubicle xD

It was 9:48 PM. Good morning.

You got to bed early.
As I am probably doing today. I slept for less than 3 hours today.

I know. Being off-schedule because of my double vision will be the ruin of me yet. But nobody needs a Security Guard that has a Vision Impairment.

Burned my hand slightly making breakfast. The ceramic handle of a pot I was about to use was sitting near the flame underneath another pot. Flushed the hand with cold water and put aloe gel on the entire face of the hand. I should be okay.

I burned myself yersterday with an omelette. I touched it to test its texture and it released overheated vent.
I had never burned myself with an omelette and it still hurts a bit.

It's the sure sign of a cook when you can't remember how many times you've burned yourself.

The offender

Looks delicious.

Just some very thin cut fried potatoes, egg and the veggie, cheese and ham casserole I used for the pasta the other day and hadn't a lot of success.

The usual is making it with just onion, or onion and pepper. But I make Spanish omelettes with almost anything xD

The most I've ever had in an omelette was Ham, Sausage, crumbled Bacon, Onion, Red, Green, and Yellow Bell Peppers, sliced Mushrooms, and Cheese.

No potatoes?

Over here, potatoes are a side dish, typically covered in sausage gravy.

Depends where you grew up. I grew up in the south, and skillet fried potatoes for supper was a staple in many people's homes. No gravy included.

True. Growing up, we used to have O'Brian Potatoes with Ham and Baked beans for Supper once a week.

I mean potatoes inside of the ommelette.

No. It's not that common here.

I think it's a Spanish thing, but potatoes in the omelette are great.

At least, it's not common here in the Eastern U.S. Can't speak for Texas or California.

Depends on the restaurant where I get omelettes, I guess. At IHOP I get what's called the Big Omelette (or something like that) which comes with steak, hash browns, mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions in it. Cover it with salsa and it's good eatin'.

...and a great way to clean out your gastrointestinal tract!

Bored. Bored bored bored. Bored.

I have so many projects I could (and should) be working on, but not only am I bored, my depression has pretty much crushed me down with the gravitational force of a neutron star and I can't seem to do anything.

Bleh.

Then hang out here for a while.

I need to build 5 liches for an upcoming adventure, but can't get motivated today to do it. I've got one done and a friend is working on 3 others, but the last five are just sitting there in my mind, mocking me.

You got names, levels, and classes in mind, I have Herolabs. :-)

They're super easy to post on here. :-)

So would you say that you have 99 problems, and a lich IS one?

Sorry. I'll show myself out...

(In seriousness though, depression sucks. Know that no matter what that part of your brain says, this will move on.)

You're right. It does move on. But while it's visiting, it's like the guy who comes to visit and doesn't get the hint you'd rather he not be here.

Hate that guy. If I could flip my limbic system... OWOWOWOWOWOW!

Ok. Can't flip my limbic system. Scratch that plan.

Names are something I can add later, but was going to build them between 14th and 16th level, mostly necromancers, but maybe a lich bard or even bladebound magus lich (if that's possible). Three of them would be Mythic Tier 6.

Thanks. I downloaded it. I'll take a look at it maybe tomorrow, when I'm hopefully feeling better.

Sorry to hear that you're under the weather (clouds of depression) Cal.

If it persists, I'll be glad to lend a ear or help you out with anything.
You just have to ask and I'll be there.

*Hugs burlyly back* Yeah, I made up a word. There's really nothing to talk about, it's just clinical depression (now referred to as Major Depressive Disorder in the med books). It can just come on for no apparent reason. There are a couple of things going (financially and relationship wise with some folks) but those have been going on for a long time and don't show any signs of changing.

And thanks for the offer. You may get taken up on it.

Fine, although I managed to get absolutely nothing, well except some cleaning, done today.
Its been a typical sleeping all the time weekend. When we have a busy week at the stable, and I can't seem to sleep more then 5 hours a night during the week-days, I collapse during the weekend and sleep like 12 hours a night!

How was your day? things looking a bit up or is it still gloomy?
