Im about to run the battle with mokmurian tonight and was wondering if anyone here could give me some insight on the reverse gravity spell. I dont have my books in front of me but so this is all from memory and may be wrong. The spell description says when a creature hits something in this case the ceiling they stay there oscilating slighty.
Does this mean they are stuck or can the simply move out of the area on their next turn falling back to the ground?

Here is a link to the description for Reverse Gravity.
The oscilating bit only comes into play if the affected noun doesn't have anything to slam against. If there is a ceiling within the prescribed area of affect then the individuals/objects take fall damage and can walk on the ceiling for the duration of the spell, leave the area and fall down if they wanted to.
But if reverse gravity were to be cast in an outdoor setting the object or critter would fall to the top of the area designated by the caster and begin to oscilate because there is nothing for them to plant their feet/face against. A character that can fly, levitate or otherwise defy gravity could get out of the affected area just fine though.
Just because I am a huge dork, and in case it ever comes up for you in game, a person could fall 577ft (176m) in 6 seconds from standing still to freefall. Here is some nerd proof-age.

I"m a little confused by this spell. It says there's no Save if you're in the area of effect, but then in the desc., it says that a person can get a Reflex save if there's something to hang onto.
So, the bottom line is that you do get a Reflex save after all?
No, bottom line is you DON'T get a reflex save, normally. Only certain conditions and exceptions allow you to have one. Should there be stationary objects unaffected by the spell within your area, then you do, but that's the exception, not the rule.
So if, say, a PC had the fortune of standing next to a pillar (with either carvings deep enough to make obvious handholds, or small enough around to get your arms around... a 5 ft wide pillar isn't gonna cut it.), standing near a torch sconce, next to a tree, etc., they get saves. It's a call-it-as-you-see-it reflex rule, essentially.
Otherwise, baseline no save.
