Are the Paizo offices closed?

I've tried a couple times to call with no luck. Are the offices closed today?

I believe their office hours begin at 10 AM Pacific time, which is still about nine minutes away right now.

One might think that, by this point in my life, the concept of time zones would no longer confound me.
