Ok, most of the time, when I click on a poster name, it comes up with his/her bio, stats, etc.
But with some posters, it goes to a redirect and then "You have made too many requests for the same page too quickly.
Please wait a minute before trying again."
when I haven't done so at all. What gives?

They've either closed their account, or been banned, or possibly rocket blasting across the universe. :-)

This is a bug that seems to be affecting various accounts for a number of reasons (some of which have been mystifying for us). From what I understand, it should be corrected with the next code roll (which should be soon).

In some cases yes, but not in one other case.

Nope not just you I got it a lot when I was trying to go to the Spambot pages back during the war to mass flag their postings.
