This is for the old-timers out there...
Does anyone recall when it became no longer legal to replay a scenario for credit, as long as it was with a PC of a different faction? Was it at the end of Season 2?
Auditing a PC for Seeker-level play, and I have a couple of GM credits from the same scenario on two different PCs. Reporting system shows them both as legal, without a "PC has already run this session..." flag, but I want to make sure all is correct.

After browsing a bunch of Joshua Frost's old posts I have found:
Receiving credit for the same scenario (with different factions) only became legal on March 1st, 2010. And it was only allowed when that was the only way to make a 4-person table.
Replaying with different factions was not allowed as of Guide version 3.0.3 (April 4, 2011). It may have ended even earlier, but that's the oldest revision I have. I think that is the time the faction credit was removed.

[PFS Update] Official Replay Rules on 22 Nov 2010:
If you play you earn 1 credit that is applied to the character that played through the scenario.
If you GM a scenario, you earn 1 credit that can be applied to any character that hasn't played through the scenario. You receive GM or player credit regardless of the order you play/GM the scenario. You may not earn more than 1 player credit and 1 GM credit regardless of how many times you GM or play the scenario. You are free to use PPP to seat legal tables, but if you already have earned your credits you do not earn any additional ones.
Thanks!
Hyrum.
EDIT: This thread from 1st Nov 2010 implies it was several weeks earlier that the change to 'play once, GM credit once' took place. Continuing to search...

Aha, found it! The first post announcing the rule change was on 14 Oct 2010:
Ok everyone, here's the official ruling, which will also appear on the official Pathfinder Society FAQ page when it goes up:
Official PFS Ruling wrote:If you play you earn 1 credit that is applied to the character that played through the scenario. If you GM a scenario, you earn 1 credit that can be applied to any character that hasn't played through the scenario.

I'll be monitoring this thread all day to answer any questions or concerns. Also, please expect additional clarifications and updates on other rules as we get to them.
Thanks!

I remember planning to replay a scenario with another character at another faction, on 11/6/10 at a Vermont convention called Carnage on the Mountain and I found out the rule had been changed on 10/14/2010 so I could not play. I ended up walking around Lake Morey resort where the convention was, and enjoyed the Vermont fall during that time slot.
I noted the date for some reason in the spread sheet I use to keep track of what scenarios I have played with which character.

So there's your answer. March 1st to October 14th, 2010.
Anything outside that time frame was a mistake.
Edit: I just reread your original post. As far as anyone has found it was never legal to get more than one chronicle for GMing the same scenario.
Actually, I seem to recall that there was a special rule allowing a second GM credit, once the GM credit was changed to full value, less boons, from the half credit, no boons, rule. But I could be misremembering it, and it applied to taking credit at all if you had run it before, in the no credit days.

Thanks, folks - I joined in the spring of 2010 so I knew it was early in my career here. I also recall that it applied to GM credit in some regard, since I don't think I got to play a game for the first year or so of running our Lodge. GM credit included full credit but no boons at the time.
Turns out to be moot, though - I put the GM credit for Siege of the Diamond City on this character, so he can't play at the Seeker table at our con next week anyway. Have to wait for the new Seeker arc to run here.
