Hey there guys, this is my first post here on the Paizo site! Anyway, I'm currently playing in a Carrion Crown game as a Dhamphir Slayer named Thana. I didn't really have much of a backstory until a friend of mine made his character, Ecilia, racist to any non-humans. His reasoning was that his character's older brother got killed/taken/ect by a vampire when she (Ecilia) was 8. I wanted to try and work his backstory into mine somehow.
For example, I wanted Thana to have grown up with her vampire parent (father most likely, is mother even possible?) and have had her parent turn Ecilia's brother into a vampire that was like an older brother to Thana. Ecilia would hate me when she found out what I was, and be jealous that I got a life with her brother that she didn't.
I wanted one of the NPCs from Ashes of Dawn to be Thana's father. I would like to know if any of the NPC's from that book would fit the scenario. They don't have to be the BBEG, but I would like Thana to have some sort of conflict with her parent that caused her to want to be an adventurer in the first place. It can be anything from some rules Thana didn't like to the parent killing a friend of hers or something.
My idea is that she came from a noble family (lesser, high, w/e, I don't care), and she's Moroi-born, if that helps. I also forgot to put the racial spell like ability on her page, and the GM said i can pick which one I want (be it the Moroi one or an alternate) so if you had one that would fit the legacy, that would be great!
TL;DR I want ideas for a vampire character for my character's parent that would also cause the in party sibling conflict and the parent doesn't have to be the BBEG.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Well, the BBEG's name is Luvick Siervage, just so you know, and he's about 2700 years old, so it's very unlikely that he would have Dhampir children anyway. But that doesn't answer your question!
An ideal candidate would be Florian Lamorath. Little is actually written about him, except that he's a Bard, and one of Luvick's most trusted spawn. You could work together with your GM to make him a bit more important, because as written he only appears as a decoy in case the PCs decide to go on a vampire killing spree during Chapter 5.
Otherwise, there's Lady Evgenya Zunaida. I'm not entirely sure if female vampires can birth Dhampir children, but she's definitely someone who would find that out. She's the daughter of a minor noble in Caliphas, and she loves being a vampire. She constantly throws lavish parties and orgies, and is really into the whole "pleasures of the flesh" stereotype. She's also a powerful sorceress in her own right.
Again, not a lot of information is written about the vampires in this book, but hopefully that's enough to help springboard some backstory!
