Hi there. I've been trying to buy a copy of we b4 goblins and the tup promo card but everytime I try to hit the place order button it doesnt go through. I've have them in my card for a number of days now and it still seems to be stuck for me. Please help.

Hello Andrew,

Thanks for letting us know about this! It seems that our system is having trouble submitting the order because there is not a card attached to it, though I do see your default card available as an option.

If you'd like, I can submit the order from my side. I just wanted to check with you first to see if you'd like the order submitted on it's own to be shipped out right away, or if you'd prefer to add these items to your sidecart. Just let me know what you'd prefer and I'll be sure to get that taken care of.

Otherwise, just let me know if you have any other questions or concerns!

Hello again. Thanks for pointing out what went wrong with the order. Would I be able to add this to my gencon pick up order or is it too late to do so? If it is then I would like to have it shipped out on its own when able. Thanks again for the help.

Hi Andrew,

Unfortunately, only the items listed as "Available for Subscriber Pick Up at Gen Con 2016" on our July Shipping Thread here are able to be picked up at Gen Con, and it doesn't look either of these items are on that list. I apologize for any inconvenience!

I'll go ahead and get them into their own order to be sent out as soon as possible. You should receive a confirmation email once the order is all set up, and then another once it's processed for shipping. Just let me know if there's anything else I can help out with in the meantime.

EDIT: Nevermind, I am apparently horrible at reading. I'm so sorry for the confusion with this; I was reading the list just above where it says that those items CAN in fact be put into the sidecart for Gen Con pickup. I'm very sorry for the added confusion; that was definitely my fault. (I blame the fact that I had not yet ingested any caffeine ^_^ )

I attempted to submit the order on it's own before I realized that mistake, and our system did not process it quite as it should have. It charged for the items without actually moving them into the sidecart. I'll be refunding that charge back to store credit, and then I should be able to place those items into your sidecart manually. You should be able to select if you'd like to use the store credit for the sidecart, or on a later purchase.

Please just let me know if there's anything else I'd be able to assist with, and I"d be more than happy to do so.

Thank you for the help and no worries about the confusion. As it happens I miss read your post myself and just ended up moving the order from hold to ship asap lol. Ah well, I'm happy to be able to get the order.

Hi Andrew,

It looks like moving the items from the sidecart to "ship as soon as possible" caused them to have the same problem I was seeing earlier. :-/ It sounds like our tech team is currently working on some things that may be causing some disturbance, so I just wanted to check in with you:

Would you prefer to have these items sent on their own or available for pick up at Gen Con? If you'd prefer GenCon, then I'll just move them back into the sidecart, but then we'd have to make sure not to touch them after that. (Our system is being extra grumpy.)

If you'd rather just have them sent on their own, I'll do some prodding and I should be able to get that worked out. I just wanted to verify with you before I touched anything.
