Pathfinder is a miniature based system. It's tricky to play without miniatures of tokens.
I doubt we'll see miniatures any times soon. Regular Pathfinder minis will work for many of the monsters and a few PCs, but not everything. Like robots, powered armour, the new races. Let alone ships.
So how about pawns? A Heroes & Monsters set and a Ships set.
Be easy to market not just to Starfinder players but anyone who wants to play a Science Fantasy game.

Fair enough.
But I worry it could be a chicken-and-the-egg situation.
Pathfinder is tricky without miniatures, and if Starfinder is the same it might be frustrating to play, as you can't find a mini that looks like your PC and everyone looks like fantasy dudes. People might be reluctant to play. Which hurts sales and reduces interest.
I'm thinking as someone considering a Star Trek mini-campaign (using a non-d20 system). I'd like minis but there's nothing for crew members, let alone aliens. And the best choices for ships are the WizKids Attack Wing ships, which are pricey.
Plus, giving your players an Enterprise or an X-Wing works for a licensed game but will seem odd in Starfinder.
I suppose there's the Reaper Chronoscope line, which can help. But there's no ships.

If we think there's sufficient demand, it's certainly a possibility.
Are you kidding? Quality Sci-Fi pawns with Good art and stable bases are few and far between. In fact, I haven't found ANY that are close too the quality of Pathfinder pawns. I bet they would sell even without your own product line.

I was about to say something along these lines. I'm already running a space Pathfinder game and one big obstacle was getting minis. No other scifi rpg has any reasonably priced pawns. Space ships were easy to come by with Amazon and I guess I can just reskin monsters and such but PCs and NPCs are not easy to get to. The best I've found was Reaper Bones Chronoscape but there aren't that many of those.
Really Pathfinder pawns are among the best things to happen for miniatures in terms of getting a bunch of them for a reasonable price. I know that tons of people would murder for them with or without Starfinder.

As someone who owns every pawn set Paizo has produced so far I can say, yeah, the demand is there.
I challenge Vic to locate a good quality set (non-IP) of Sci-Fi Fi pawns or miniatures (not of the limited Bones lines) that can be used for a wide range of Sci-Fi or Sci-Fa rpg campaigns with breaking the bank our paying outrageous EBay prices. :)
