You can, however, build a duelist who uses a dueling dueling dueling sword.

It is an archetype exclusively for a race that has proficiency in EVERY sword. Sure, you can trade that out for claws, but still, the default is 'sure, have a sword'.

An Unchained Summoner's water elemental Eidolon doesn't know how to swim. It is also capable of drowning.

wouldn't you flavor that as dissolving?... it seems a common trope of Supervillain/fantasy villains who can melt/dissolve/reassemble for the hero to beat them by combining them with mass quantities of the element they dissolve into.

The idea of a water elemental that dissolves in water is even more hilarious than one that drowns.

They can if they're Awakened Animals.

And now I want to make a Deinonychus Bard...

Tecnincally they have minor amnesia.:

All the amnesiac's older memories have been deeply hidden, as though she had been affected by multiple repress memory* spells. She isn't prevented from remembering things that happen over the course of a game, but might be forgetful. If the amnesiac's memories are ever restored, she loses this archetype and reverts to a standard psychic.

The Eldritch Scoundrel Rogue's alarm sense doesn't actually let them sense alarms.

Combat Expertise doesn't make anyone an expert in combat nor does it require any expertise in the field... And in fact has no BAB, Str or Dex requirement.
