From what I have read on the boards, it appears to me that a good portion of the player base is looking forward to the "Year of the Hat".

Shadow Lodge 4/5

Year of the Efreeti
Year of the Criers

The Exchange 5/5

Drang didn't even try on any of Hat's hats while they were hanging out. I doubt Drang has invited Hats to the Grand Lodge since then.

Well, given the trend in Seasons 5, 6, and 7, I'm pretty sure Paizo is close to dropping the facade.

Season 8: Year of the Better hope your party has an Investigator

I'm certain that Nisaru would love that!

The trend that a lot of season 7 scenarios have required a wide variety of uncommon skill checks. Since bards, rogues, and many wizards can cover said skills, maybe it would be better called: year of the skill monkey?

3/5

Year of the Darklands?

The Year of Lost Ages? (Azlanti exploration)

Year of ______? (Arcadia?)

Year of Back to Tian Xia?

The Year of Shadows? (Exploring the shadow realm?)

I really have no idea, though the year of lost ages or of shadows sound freaking sweet.

My vote is The Year of the Flame. For reasons.

Lantern Lodge 5/5

Year of the Mongoose.

(Is there a natural predator of serpents?)

Shadow Lodge 4/5 5/55/55/5

Year of the Living God!

Razmir has had enough of your petty society and seeks revenge to address past insults! The Living God will leave your Grand Lodge a smoking ruin! Survivors will be indoctrinated into the faith to spread the word of the One True God! With your combined might brought into the fold, Golarion will enter a new golden age with all of humanity paying homage to the Living God!

All hail Razmir!

I think that's a good thing. Isn't that what being a member of the Society is supposed to be about?

Not when said skill checks are required in order to complete the mission, because it means a party can fail just by sitting at the table with a certain combination of characters.

Year of the Void!

Or maybe it's time to take a hint from Buffy season 6 and instead of escalating things, let the big bad just be a group of obnoxious Gnomes that are messing with the Society because they are bored.

well, I'm not sure the Aspis has been dealt with at this time in PFS, but for reasons of drama and canon I don't think they can ever be quite put down. <grin>
After the Year of the Snakes, maybe the;
Thirsty Year of Hats? (lol)
Year that Time Forgot (where did that time key get to??? really...)
Year o Crystal Memories (or lost souls...)

I've heard rumors about there being an evil half of organized play centered around the Aspis Consortium. If this is the case, it'll likely be implemented next season, and the existence of all the infrastructure for such things makes me think it might be real.

If such a thing comes about, then given how people usually play characters who are so much as Chaotic Neutral, (let alone evil), there is only one reasonable option for what it will be like when evil tables become a thing in organized play.
